All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Transfers through Eventbrite are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the event.
Tickets must be in the name of the attendee. For example, if you are buying two tickets, one for you and one for a friend, please enter your friend's name in the field for the 2nd ticket!
For your convenience, you can save the PDF ticket from your email onto your phone or have your email handy so we can scan the QR code. It is very time-consuming to look you up by name with a line waiting behind you, so please have your QR code ready to scan to help us move quickly!
FREE admission for minors 12 and under. YOU MUST REGISTER THEM WITH A TICKET. Your child's name MUST be on the ticket, and they MUST check in WITH YOU. All children MUST be accompanied by their legal guardian at all times. No exceptions. For example, a 15-year-old sibling of an 11-year-old does not qualify as a "legal guardian".
No outside alcohol is permitted. Ever.
